Darius Rucker has signed on to host the ACM Lifting Lives Golf Classic once again.

The country star will host the scramble-style golf tournament for the fifth time in 2016. The event, which offers fans, sponsors and donors the opportunity to interact with artists and music industry insiders, is set to take place on April 2 in Las Vegas, Nev., as part of ACM Awards Week.

The 2016 ACM Lifting Lives Golf Classic, presented by Debbas Chocolatier and Cocoa Crate, will benefit the ACM Lifting Lives' Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund, which helps ACM Lifting Lives to quickly aid music-related organizations and artists who need unforeseen financial help. A committee made up of ACM Living Lives board members makes decisions as to when funds should be disbursed, including for medical, financial and personal emergencies.

On June 3, Rucker will begin his 2016 Good for a Good Time Tour, with Dan + Shay and Michael Ray in tow. The South Carolina native released his most recent new album, Southern Style, in 2015, and he’s already hard at work on his next set of tunes.

“We’re working on it. We’re always writing for the next record,” Rucker tells The Boot. “I will take a break sometime, but not right now; I don’t feel like it right now. I’m just having fun putting out records and touring, so it’s working.”

More information about ACM Lifting Lives can be found on the organization’s website. The 2016 ACM Awards will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, on April 3, at 8PM ET on CBS.
