The newest employee of the City of Midland is a Parking Enforcement Officer, whose single job is to make sure people follow parking rules and time limits. Some have already been met with fines and parking tickets. You may have gotten away with before, but don't think it will be the case now.

The Parking Enforcement Officer has one job and he spends eight hours a day walking around downtown, doing his job!
