The CMA Awards were amazing last night. With the amazing show, I believe it was country music's way of making a huge statement. I think it was country's way of saying we are going back country.

I could be totally wrong, about this but I think the performances and the award winners, that statement was made

. Starting with songs like "Humble and Kind" winning song of the year, to the Brothers Osborne winning Vocal Duo of the Year, to Garth Brooks winning Entertainer of the Year.

Last night I think we saw the country music world knows where it came from and where it has to get back to be successful. The CMA took country music back to it's roots last night and exposed where it came from and how it was built.

What do you think of last night's performance? Did you like the show?

The one and only complaint I have about last night's show is, having Beyonce there. I don't think there was any need. I thought she needed to dress more appropriately. I understand having the Dixie Chicks there but there was no need for her to be there.
