Good Start to the Morning
As you all know I am trying to get to my goal of losing 100 lbs. I am so close. So I have been trying to make myself get up and run in the mornings before I come to work. This morning i did it. I actually made myself get up and do a mile on my treadmill. Can I just say I feel so good this morning. I released extra endorphins to help my morning. We all know I am not a morning person. With the help of my program from In Shape MD I am getting so close to reaching my goal. Can't stop now. Not only did I burn calories this morning but it gave more extra energy to start my morning! Have a good day. Get up and get moving.
