How To Choose A Good Watermelon

Thank to Kendell the Texas Watermelon Queen I now know who to choose a good watermelon.

I never buy a whole watermelon anymore because, I bought a bad one time, and now I am so afraid to get a bad one, I always buy the bowls of already cut watermelon.

Sunday I was out at the MarketStreet Taste of Texas Food Fest, featuring tons of Texas made goodies, and since the Watermelon Queen was there I thought I would ask her for help. I was picking the wrong one, is why I got a bad one.
