Kangaroo On The Loose In Midland

Before you get to excited and think that Midland has become a new native land for kangaroo's, we have to tell you the kangaroo citing was purely accidental.

Last night the sheriff's office received a call about a kangaroo hoping down 191. After investigating, they found it to be true.

There was a kangaroo hoping down 158 in Midland. No, it wasn't a wild animal out on the loose. it was actually someone's pet. Not only were the sheriff's deputies trying to find the kangaroo, so was the owner. After officials cornered the animal the owner came and rescued his beloved pet.

No the kangaroo is safe and at home where he belongs.
