As a Domino's Pizza customer, you know Domino's Pizza takes a lot of pride in their business and how they treat their customers. That is something that has been passed down from owner Jim and Cassie Gerety.

Jim and Cassie Gerety have owned Domino's Pizza stores for over twelve years and have expanded to 15 stores in Midland/Odessa and the surrounding areas. The Gerety's were just awarded the International Franchise Association Gold Franny Award for operational excellence. This is there third time at winning the prestigious honor.

The Gold Franny Award is the most prestigious honor given to a  Domino’s franchise owner. They earned this award as part of an elite group within about 850 franchise owners in the United States. The awards are based on several specific  factors including operational audit scores, community involvement, store safety and security, and team member morale.

The Gold Franny Awards were created more than 20 years ago by the International Franchise Association and designed to honor excellence among franchise owners.

“James and Cassie’s dedication to the Domino’s brand have made them tremendously successful,” said Scott Hinshaw, Domino’s executive vice president of franchise operations and development. “They are the best of the best, and their leadership and motivation to grow make them an incredible asset. I couldn’t be more proud to present the Gerety’s with the Gold Franny Award.”

Congratulations, Jim and Cassie! Not only are you great at your Domino's stores, you are great to work with as well. Domino's has been a great partner with us here at LoneStar 92 and TownSquare Media.  Their generosity to this community is so amazing. Such an honor couldn't have been given to a more deserving couple. You guys are amazing and so is your business.

Domino's Pizza Rock! Keep up the great work!
