Rascal Flatts Welcome A New Little Rascal

Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts and his wife Tiffany Fallon welcomed their third child to the world on Monday! Tiffany gave birth to a 6 lb 11 oz baby girl. The couple named their newest edition Devon Olivia. She is the little sister to Jaggar 6, and Raquel 2.

In a statement from the family everyone is as happy as can be!

“We are so thrilled to finally become a party of five,” the

parents gush. “Jagger and Raquel are so happy to be her big brother and big sister.”
