October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the color to represent the fight against the disease if pink. Everything turns pink if October.

Breast Cancer is the second leading cause of death in women. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. On average over 200,000 women will be be diagnosed and of those 40,000 will die.  Breast cancer also affects men as well.

It is very important for women to be conscience of their bodies. Self examinations and regular mamograms can help with finding symptoms early. You should also know your risk factors. There is so much information many women don't know.

Breast Cancer Awarenessis very important. It is also very important for us to show our support and fight for a cure. This October I encourage you to join the fight.
