So I was thinking of what to share with you all for Wellness Wednesday this morning and this time of year, you often hear about motivation and getting into the groove of working out.

It was when I was thinking about this that I was looking through old episodes of Wellness Wednesday and came across this one. It was one we did last year about the progress I made during bariatric surgery. I realized that I've made so much progress in that one year and how much my life changed. It also made me realize that I continue to grow and change this year and how I am now will pale in comparison to how I'll be at the beginning of 2018.

So if you're looking for inspiration to get to the gym or start working out or even just start eating a little healthier, look back at old pics or video of yourself and see how much you've changed.
