I think it is time for me to return to the open range. As you all know I shot my first shot gun a weeks ago and have been shooting a little here and there . One thing I have discovered is that it is a great stress reliever. Just imaging all the crazy things going on in life and blowing them to pieces all in one shot. If only life were that easy.  Target practice makes for good anger management. Instead of taking my frustrations out on people or saying things I'll regret, I get to take all my anger and frustrations out on a piece of paper or a can or something like that. Some people go for a walk, some people read a book, I used to cry but not anymore. Out to the range I go.
