In this weeks edition of Wellness Wednesday brought to you by Medical Center Hospital we are talking about exercise! Exercise is just as important as the diet!

I am so excited to be working out with my trainer Mark from Mission Fitness! I have come so far! My warm now is a 15 minute jog on the treadmill, which before would have been my entire workout! I can work out for a full hour and still survive!

Working out has given me an extra boost in confidence. The stronger I get, the better I feel! It also challenges me and makes me feel accomplished! The more obstacles I over come, the further I want to go. For example, I would have never allowed a video to be filmed of me working out! I know I still have a ways to go to get where I want to be, but its all about celebrating the small milestones along the way. If you add up all the small steps, when you get to the finish, it will be one big journey you have completed!

Is it tough? Does it hurt? Absolutely! Is it worth it? 100%!

One of the things I appreciate most is Mark, my trainer, is focused on making sure I get the  most out of my workout! Once again it is about quality not quantity! It is more important to do 5 exercises correctly than 20 incorrectly!

Like I said in the video, its all about starting! It doesn't matter where you start, as long as you start, and if you stumble along the way, it's ok!
