Recently I have come across the art of drinking tea. I say that jokingly but I have that there are great reasons behind drinking tea.

Green tea is know for helping to improve blood flow and lower cholesterol. It has also been known to help regulate blood sugar for those with diabetes.

White tea also has great advantages. According to White Tea Guide, there are many benefits to drinking white tea:

White Tea Antioxidants, Cancer Prevention, Lower Blood Pressure, Lower Cholesterol Antibacterial & Antiviral,  healthy teeth, skin, and gums, aids in boosting metabolism.

Red tea and black tea are also good for the body. Drinking black tea can prevent or regulate diabetes. It will help with anti-aging by being full antioxidants that help restore skin. Black tea can help with weight loss due to helping to regulate blood sugar. It's also great for heart health.

Red tea is gaining much popularity because of it's benefits. According to Best Health Magazine:

Red tea has also become a popular folk remedy for allergies, sleep disorders, headaches and digestive problems. While many of these claims have not been proven scientifically, researchers have established that it does promote the production of antibodies and delays the recurrence of the herpes simplex virus. A 2005 study found that rooibos protected against the growth of lesions associated with skin cancer. A similar study in 2008, conducted by Dr Jeanine Marnewick of Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), found that rooibos “provided protection against oxidative stress and inflammation associated with the development of heart disease.
I recently discovered tea and it's benefit one day I was in the Tea2Go store. I had no idea tea was so good for you. I have been drinking the white sweet peach, this week. I can't wait to try more. I actually had some red tea on Sunday because when I was in there I actually had a headache and drank mango red tea to help relieve it!
Be cautious because some teas do have a bit of caffeine and don't over use the sugar, if you must add sugar, use a non calorie sweetener.
