The hits just keep on coming for Carrie Underwood. The country superstar's latest single, "Heartbeat" -- her second from 2015’s Storyteller -- has reached the No. 1 spot on both the Billboard and Mediabase Country Airplay charts.

With "Heartbeat," Underwood has earned her 23rd No. 1 song as an artist, placing her just behind heavy hitters such as Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire, both of whom have notched 25 No. 1 songs. "Heartbeat" is also Underwood's 13th No. 1 song as a songwriter; she co-wrote the tune with Zach Crowell and Ashley Gorley.

The success of “Heartbeat” follows Storyteller's record-shattering release, which made Underwood the only country artist in the history of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart to have all of their first six albums debut at No. 1. “Smoke Break,” the album’s first single, also broke the record for the highest number of radio adds in a single week back in August.

In January, Underwood embarked on her Storyteller Tour, and she recently wrapped up a run of international dates as part of Europe's massive Country to Country (C2C) Music Festival. Underwood will conclude the Storyteller tour in London, Ontario, on May 30.
