So many things are changing these days due to our new Covid life including concerts. In the beginning so many were cancelled and are still being cancelled. The Texas Rangers  has found a way to keep live music going with a Quick Trips Concert In Your Car.

The QuikTrip “Concert In Your Car” event will have residents park their vehicle in a designated spot in a lot, watch the live stage performances and listen through a radio station.

The event will run from June 4 through 7 and will feature one-hour live performances per day. Residents will be able to purchase tickets online starting Friday, which will give them a parking spot. Organizers said the max capacity will be 400.

Organizers said they have taken many social distancing guidelines into account for the event such as vehicle spacing and bathrooms.

The acts include the Eli Young Band, Whiskey Myers, Pat Green and the Josh Abbott Band with Kevin Fowler.

All CDC and State of Texas guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with Tarrant County and the City of Arlington to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. We will leave every other parking space empty to ensure sufficient distance between you and surrounding vehicles. We ask that all guests remain in their vehicles for the duration of the performance. In the event it is necessary for a fan to leave their vehicle, safe social distancing will be strictly enforced. Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of staff members for participants to follow, will cause the participant to be subject to ejection. Event staff will be wearing personal protective equipment as required by CDC guidelines.

Tickets go on sale this Friday
