Florida Georgia Line impacted the 2013 American Music Awards in a huge way, as they performed 'Cruise' with Nelly and got the energetic crowd on its feet on Sunday (Nov. 24).

Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard both wore dark gray and looked like the true country rockers that they are; Hubbard opted for a sleeveless shirt, which showed off the arms he definitely worked to get in the gym, while Kelley sported a leather top, his hair as sleek as always.

Right from the get-go, the duo showed why they were nominated four times at the 2013 AMAs -- the crowd jumped to its feet the moment the music started.

The duo worked both sides of the stage until Nelly showed up in sunglasses and chains. Soon, the stars switched gears from 'Cruise' and took off in a different direction, performing Nelly's 'Must Be the Money,' working up a sweat until the standing ovation at the end.

When country and rap work together, they work really, really well. FGL and Nelly provide proof of that with another solid performance at the American Music Awards.
