Florida Georgia Line and Tim McGraw Collaborate on ‘May We All’ at 2016 CMA Awards
FGL hit the stage first, singing the beginning of their song before being joined by McGraw, who added his own touch to the duo's popular tune. McGraw and FGL first took turns singing different portions of the song before letting their voices overlap and create a truly unique sound. McGraw showed the fans surrounding the stage some extra love, shaking hands and handing out high fives, while the FGL boys gave the performance their all.
FGL are multi-CMA Awards winners, taking home the trophy for Vocal Duo of the Year the past three consecutive years. In August, Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley released Dig Your Roots and spent most of the fall touring with openers Cole Swindell, the Cadillac Three and Kane Brown.
McGraw won his first CMA award in 1997 and was nominated for four more this year, including Male Vocalist of the Year and Single of the Year for his nostalgic hit song "Humble and Kind." McGraw has heaped in the awards for "Humble and Kind" in 2016, earning a No. 1 spot on the country charts in both the U.S. and Canada, a gold certification and a Video of the Year win at the CMT Music Awards. The single is off of McGraw's 2015 release Damn Country Music.
