By nature I am a night owl. By profession I have to be a morning person. The two don't mix well. It is so easy for me to stay up late but on the flip side I have to get up so early for work. In the evenings I start to get sleepy around 7:30 or so. I do my best to stay awake so I can try to go to bed early. Sometimes I end up falling asleep watching tv so then when I am wide awake. Even on days I don't take a nap and try to go to bed early the clock strikes 10 and I'm wide awake. Why does this happen to me? I wish I could go to bed early but it never happens. Thank goodness for naps.
