It's National Donut Day! Will you be having donuts today?

The Salvation Army created Donut Day back in 1938 to honor the women who served the troops donuts during WWI.They used donuts to boost the moral of the troops.

Today you can get a free donut at Dunkin Donuts with the purchase of a beverage and at Krispy Kreme you can every customer is allowed a free donut.

The top ten favorite donut flavors are glazed, boston creme, jelly, chocolate frosted, cake, blueberry, maple, bear claw,powered sugar and pink frosted.
