It’s Rodeo Time

It's rodeo time again with the return of the annual Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo. This is the first pro rodeo of the season.

The Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo begins January 4th and runs through the 12th.  January 4th and 5th you can enjoy full rodeo performances with bull, barrels, bronc's, and bareback riding.

Sunday will feature a new event, Sandhills 1st Annual Open Barrel Race. Tuesday will host the annual Super Tuesday Roping, and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, will be full rodeo performances.

On Friday January 4th, after the rodeo, everyone can enjoy a free concert with David Alan Byrnes in Barn G, behind the coliseum. Friday night, January 5th is Pink Night, wear pink, and Friday January 11th, is Blue Night, group picture night.
