Midland Rosa’s Breakfast Starts Today

Rosa's Cafe blessed the Permian Basin with the news of  breakfast and the possibility of expansion. Well expansion is happening sooner than you think!

The Andrews Hwy location of Rosa's Cafe  in Midland will start serving breakfast as of this morning.

It will be drive through only. They will offer breakfast tacos, migas plate and tamales.

Breakfast will run from 6:30am - 10:30 am!
