MISD Cancels Athletic Competitions Due To Weather

From the office of Randy Rowe, Executive Director of Athletics:

Due to current weather conditions that may cause travel delays and unsafe driving conditions, MISD Executive Director of Athletics Randy Rowe canceled several out of town competitions scheduled for this evening.

The following games have been CANCELED:

Midland High School

Girls Varsity Basketball – San Angelo

Girls JV Basketball – Abilene

Girls Freshman Basketball – Abilene

Lee High School

Girls Varsity Basketball – San Angelo

Girls JV Basketball – Lubbock

Girls Freshman Basketball – Lubbock

Midland High School and Lee High School Varsity Boys basketball teams are already in Abilene competing in a tournament. Those games have NOT BEEN CANCELED and will be played as scheduled.
