My Experience with Online Dating in West Texas
Well here's where it gets tricky. So I've always been a little reserved about putting too much of my personal life out onto a blog. But, well, seeing as how I have space to fill and time to kill, I'm going to make an exception.
The process for eHarmony is a little lengthy in the beginning. You have to answer a long questionnaire about yourself. Then they start matching you with people. I set my limits to the Midland/Odessa area. But there just aren't enough people out there. So they start trying to match you with people outside your area. I have communicated with a few people and they all have been nice but no real "spark."
I was matched up with someone who is not in Midland/Odessa area but is in Texas. After all, what's better than a Texas gal, right!? This feels different somehow. Different in a VERY good way. I don't want to jinx it by saying more. Besides, she might read this and think "what the heck is he doing?" And I don't want her to think I share too much. Because who wants all their business put out there? And I don't want to risk this.
I don't know how often I'll come back to this subject but in time, I will update you as I hope things progress.
