Anytime we have a birthday around here or a special occasion I always make my special breakfast casserole. We like to call it "Who Hash."

Today was no different we had a birthday in the house for one of our other on air staff members, Spencer Bennett, so we treated him to some "Who."

"Who Hash" or breakfast casseroles is one of the easiest things to make. If you ever need something quick, that will feed quite a few, and they will love here is what you do.

"Who Hash" Reciepe

  • 9 eggs
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 package of sausage
  • 2 cups of grated cheese
  • 1 package of frozen hash browns
  • salt and pepper

Beat your eggs. Mix all of your ingredients together and place in a pan and put in the fridge over night. Bake at about 400 for an hour to an hour and a half. I always bake mine in a throw away metal pan. So that might change if you cook in a glass or dark pan.

Here is a little secret. My secret ingredient is sage. Mix in some sage when you are mixing all your ingredients and it gives it a wonderful flavor.

By the way.... Happy Birthday Spencer
