costumes, planning their parties and most importantly preparing for trick or treaters.

Some people decorate their houses for the night but most purchase candy to hand out the neighborhood kids who come by. One woman in Fargo, North Dakota has decided to do something a little different.

A woman named Cheryl from Fargo, ND, will pass out candy this year but only to some kids, those who fit her weight criteria. The others who she feels are obese will given a letter to their parents to change their lifestyle.

In the letter the women points out that the child receiving this letter is "moderately obese" and should not be receiving sweet sugary sweets. The letter encourages parents to step up and "ration candy" for these kids and not to allow these bad eating habits to continue.

First of all, I WISH YOU WOULD LADY!!!!!  Please let my child show up at your door doing something as harmless as trick or treating and you call them fat and treat them different than the other children.

My first question is "Who do you think you are?"  Second of all, you as a grown adult are going to participate in bullying young children?

Just because a child comes trick or treating at your door doesn't mean they are going to go home and eat the whole bag. They are just trying to have fun like everyone else.  Next, one night of some pieces of candy are not going to make a child over weight. This just in it doesn't happen over night.

If a child is over weight it is not your place to make them feel even more different than they already do.  Kid's are mean enough they definitely don't need a grown adult to bully them.

I can not believe the audacity of this woman, singling out kids just because they don't fit the "perfect mold."

Here is her reasoning, she says quote:

"I just want to send a message to the parents of kids that are really overweight," a woman only known as Cheryl said Tuesday. "I think it's just really irresponsible of parents to send them out looking for free candy just because all the other kids are doing it."

Here is the full story HERE!

I am glad this woman is so worried about their weight and not worried at all about the emotional scars she will leaving on these children. Things in life are hard enough on kids that are different than others, they don't need some ignorant person making it worse!

I would love to know how you would feel, how would you react if you child received one of these letters.
