Remembering George Jones

George Jones was laid to rest yesterday in Nashville. After an almost three hour service of song, spoken, word and thoughtful memories, the life of George Jones was celebrated by many.

Many spoke, many sang, and many were there to just show their love. Kenny Chesney spoke how George Jones was like a father figure. Brad Paisely spoke and sang abou the life of George. First Lady Laura Bush, Charlie Daniels, Barbra Mandrell, Tanya Tucker, Wynonna, The Oak Ridge Boys, Kid Rock, Ronnie Milsap, Vince Gill, Patty Loveless, Randy Travis, and closing the ceremony Alan Jackson.

Alan Jackson ended the celebration of life by singing George Jones' biggest hit. He stopped loving her today.
