The Best Taco in Midland/Odessa?

So I spent the evening yesterday driving around town now that I'm set up in my apartment and I happened to notice a TON of Taco Trucks parked up and down Rankin Highway AND down Big Spring in Midland, all of them tempting me to make a pit stop and sample! Got me curious about what YOU think! I'd like to know where to find the BEST tacos in West Texas! Gwen doesn't like tacos (she'll eat taco salad but won't do hard shell tacos)....
