You can always tell the new year has come around when the gyms have 3 times as many people than they did a month ago. Everyone is going to become a better them in the new year.

Why is it that we decide January 1st we are going to make a  change? Why do we always say we are going to change on Mondays? I have been guilty of it myself many years.

My change didn't happen on January 1, mine happened Nov. 9,2011. That's when I began my change. Since then I have lost and kept off 80 lbs.

Usually I would be embarrassed to get to the gym this time of year. Not this year  I am a regular and not just one of those people who start showing up in Jan. If you are going to make your change, go for it! No matter how hard it is don't give up.
