The Perfect Cookie

I swear these are the perfect cookies! Every year we get so excited when it is time for the Home Hospice Butterfly Release program because that means our friend Karen Carter comes to visit not only with butterflies but with cookies.

She makes the perfect cookies. They perfectly soft. They are perfectly moist and the icing is perfect. We have asked her a thousand times how she does it and she has even given us the recipe but it is only something Karen can do.
