Tim McGraw Teams Up With Cake Boss Tonight on TLC

Tim McGraw will forever be a name in country music. Countless number ones, huge world wide tours, a beautiful family, and his big heart.

Help and giving is no stranger to Tim McGraw. After Hurricane Katrina Tim and Faith worked very hard helping to rebuild Tim's home state of Louisiana. They gave their money, their, time and they hearts. Once again Tim has done it again.

Last year Tim teamed up with Operation Homefront, an organization that provides mortgage from home to military families. The year he is continuing his work the organization during the Two Lanes of Freedom Tour and he's starting in New Jersey with the help of Buddy Valastro AKA "Cake Boss."

In tonight's episode Buddy makes a cake to help Tim surprise the newest recipients of a new home. Watch the clip below.
