Midland ISD – Two hour delay (buses delayed 2 hours)
Ector County ISD – Two hour delay (morning pre-kindergarten canceled) (The junior highs and high schools will start with 3rd period. This will eliminate before school or 1st-period athletics and the travel associated with it. All junior high students go directly to their home campuses at the start of the day.)
Seminole ISD – 10 a.m. start (buses delayed 2 hours)
Kermit ISD – 10:30 a.m. start (buses delayed 2 and a half hours)
Hobbs Municipal School District – Three hour delay
Eunice Municipal School District – Three hour delay
Midland College (Fort Stockton Campus – Williams Regional Technical Training Center) – 10:30 a.m. start
