Wellness Wednesday Putting 80 lbs Back On

It's been right at nine months since I had my bariatric procedure at Medical Center Hospital. In that nine months I have been able to lose 80 pounds. I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel.

In this edition we went back in the gym and added the 80 lbs back on, to see how life was 80 lbs heavier. In the video you can see it's quite tough. You don't realize how different life is without it there and how different my workout would be! I would have liked to be at 100 lbs lost by now but I'm not there and that's ok. I am I disappointed, a little, but I am so proud to be where I am. I will keep striving and push to be down 100 lbs by my one year anniversary!
