Today is Wellness Wedness brought to you by Medical Center Hospital! We usually either talk about diet or exercise, which are two key ingredients in weight loss.
Today we are going to talk about recovery and stretching. Just like in anything in life you have to do it as a whole. You can't do something half way and expect results.
In working out and exercising you must take care of yourself. You don't want to get hurt. In today's Wellness Wednesday I will show you two tools that will help you in stretching and recovering!
