Why Do I Own So Many Ties?
I was digging around in my closet the other day, trying to find a pair of shorts I haven't worn since last summer. When I happened to look up and noticed all of the ties I have hanging in front of me. "Why do I own so many ties?" I was wondering.
I have Christmas ties, musical ties, Bugs Bunny ties and ties of almost every color. My newest tie, which I'm very proud of, is the blue one I bought in Memphis at St. Jude Children's Hospital. It bears the St. Jude logo.
The thing is, I probably wear a tie two or three times a year! Why and how did I get so many ties? Guys, are you in the same boat as I am? Do you have a closetful of ties that you never wear? Were they given to you or did you buy them? When do you actually wear a tie? And how do you know when a tie goes out of style?
