The Band Midland To Get The Key To The City

The band Midland will be performing this Friday, April 26th at the Hacienda Event Center. Before the big show, there will be a special ceremony to honor the guys with a key to the city. I mean it's only appropriate that a band named Midland would have a key to the city.

The ceremony will take place downtown Midland at Centennial  Park, at 4 pm and everyone is invited.

Although it does get our city some attention because of the band's name. The band Midland was not named after our beloved city. They got their name from a Dwight Yokum song titled, "Fair to Midland."

We are so excited about the band Midland returning to Midland.  The band Midland will be live at the Hacienda Event Center, on Friday, April 26th with special guest Dylan Gossett.

Midland is currently out on their "Up In Texas" tour!  You don't want to miss this show, as there will be a very special surprise for the band that night. The "Up In Texas" tour will take the guys all across the state through May and then they will move on to festival season and travel around the country.
