People lined up for this food truck

I have tried a handful of food trucks here in the basin.  They were on site for an event.  I never sought one out.  Is there one I should?

People lined up for the Hercules BBQ truck.  I was kind of surprised to see a line as they stopped at a local business Lonestar 92 was doing a broadcast from.   I asked some folks in line.  They said "Oh, yeah, Hercules is great.  We follow them everywhere.".  

The food was excellent.  Is there a food truck I should seek out?
