The Art Of Hillbilly Hand Fishing Or Some Call It Noodling

I always say I want to go alligator hunting and truth be told, I do but I would probably sit on the other side of the boat and just watch. Another thing I would just watch is "Noodling" or "Hillbilly Hand Fishing." I don't think this is something I would ever do.

It is the art of fishing with nothing but your hands. You have to go underwater and stick you hand in a fish's mouth and grab him and pull him up. This sport has just recently been legalized in the state of Texas.
