I came up with a list of things I think can burn you out at work. See if you feel the same?
1. Long commute to work
2. Late night or early morning shifts. Irregular schedule
3. More than a 10 hour work day
4. More than a 50 hour work week
5.You don't get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
6. You don't get enough time between shifts
